1/3 carat tw perfect size
I have read negative reviews about these earrings being extremely small......and yes, if you only want to pay $39.99 what you are getting is a 1/3 cttw which means, the "total" weight (tw) of "both" earrings is a 1/3 carat. If you are a multi earring wearer then 1/3 cttw would probably be a good size for you. However, if you only wear one earring on each ear you may want something larger. I would also like to add that I have allergies to certain alloys in metal and so can not wear 10 karat gold or white gold. I can wear silver as long as it is pure and, after wearing these studs for an entire day, I had absolutely not problem with these posts. Besides the only difference between white gold and silver, as far as people admiring your new studs, is the price. I love these studs and would not hesitate from buying from this jeweler again.
